About Me
I am a qualified Professional Hypnotherapist and a member of the Hypnotherapy Society. I have also trained as a Counsellor. I have helped many people through hypnosis. Examples are: to increase confidence, to improve self esteem, to reduce exam nerves, to overcome relationship problems, reduce stress, overcome stage fright and confident public speaking. I am proud to say that I have successfully got a client through to her next stage of method acting and she is now going to LA early next year. I have also trained in Alchemical Hypnotherapy (Spiritual Hypnotherapy) to give you much more in depth transformative healing and I am great believer in the mind, body & spirit. I think spirituality is import for my growth and helps me assist clients through their healing process and in order to help them in their journey. Their journey of self discovery.
My mission is to help people achieve their goals through hypnotherapy. My reason for becoming a hypnotherapist is that I enjoy seeing other people improve their lives and I know that hypnotherapy is a powerful tool to help people do this and I genuinely love to help people, its quite profound being able to help people through their lives. One of my role models is Louise Hay about 5 or 6 years ago I read her book “You Can Heal Your Life” I think she is as an amazing and remarkable woman who has helped thousands of people world wide. She beat cancer through the Power of the Mind. I really wanted to meet her and I finally got the chance to 4 years ago at the screen of her movie “You Can Heal Your Life” in London. Which was wonderful I feel so blessed and lucky to have met her.
